INTRODUCTION

 

This proposal is for an all-encompassing program where White Blaze Marketing/White Blaze Productions becomes the agency of record for Folding Boat Company to help create brand awareness and promote sales of FBC's unique kayaks. We will craft strategies that speak to the target audience in an authentic nature that embodies the outdoor adventurer and outdoorsman lifestyle while remaining vigilant with analytics and industry best practices to ensure we are communicating with the audience in the most effective manner.

  • Create incredible videos that showcase the kayaking lifestyle that speak to specific, targeted audiences.

  • Generate increased sales from the use of videos in targeted advertising campaigns using full-length cuts and micro-content.

  • Take advantage of new ways to reach out to customers by growing your e-mail base and targeting your most engaged customers with outreach campaigns and utilizing them for new customer outreach initiatives.

  • Utilize ambassadors and influencers to tell the Folding Boat Company story through digital media and content marketing.

  • Implement long-term SEO strategies to help position Folding Boat Company successfully now and in the future.

The proposals we create are one price. That way there is no surprises or randomly increased costs. In this case, the only opportunity for additional expense would be if there were a significant increase in the scope of the work.

Next step would be to discuss any questions you may have. From there if we feel this would be a great fit, then we would draft a contract and proceed from there.

FINAL DELIVERABLES

  • 2 promo videos around 1 minute in length, along with 3-4 pieces of micro-content from each video specially edited to be used for advertising.

  • 2 lifestyle photography shoots and any new product photography.

  • Full creation and management of ad campaigns across social media networks as well as Google/YouTube to drive conversions. (ad spend not included)

  • Public relations strategy that consists of regular press releases to the relevant media outlets.

  • Creation of monthly e-mail newsletters and growing e-mail subscribers.

  • Influencer/ambassador management, strategy, and content creation with your team.

  • Website maintenance and SEO check-ups and implementation of needed on-site changes and additions.

  • Monthly in-person consultations to strategize on ongoing and new efforts to better position the Folding Boat Company brand.
